Estia Investment is proud to present our latest project, a luxurious residential complex that we have designed and will construct at the beginning of 2025, specifically for tourism exploitation.
Our complex consists of seven stone-built residences, each spanning 45 square meters. Situated on a 6-acre plot within a beautiful olive grove, we have created an ideal space that combines traditional architecture with modern amenities.
Our client’s wish was for us to find the perfect plot, design, and construct this unique complex to be utilized for tourism in the future. Estia Investment handled the entire process, from locating the ideal land to designing the residences, ensuring the highest quality at every stage.
At the heart of the complex will lie a large swimming pool, providing a space for relaxation and recreation for our guests. The residences and pool are designed to offer the ultimate vacation experience in a setting that embraces the natural beauty of the area.
